Terms and Conditions:

1. The Agreement

By booking a service with Master Grime Blaster (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company"), the Client (referred to as "you") agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Work & Quotes

• Quotes: All quotes are valid for [30] days. Quotes are based on the visual inspection or photos provided. If the site conditions differ significantly upon arrival, we reserve the right to provide a revised quote.

• Water & Power: You agree to provide us with access to a functioning outdoor water tap and, if required, a standard electrical outlet at no cost to us.

3. Client Responsibilities (The "Before we arrive" list)

To ensure the best result and prevent damage, you must:

• Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut and sealed.

• Move all vehicles, outdoor furniture, pots, and delicate items away from the work area.

• Keep children and pets inside or away from the work area while machines are in operation.

• Notify us of any known leaks, loose siding, or electrical hazards (e.g., exposed wires) prior to commencement.

4. Safety & Access

• We require clear and safe access to the property.

• If we cannot perform the service due to lack of access or an unsafe environment (e.g., unrestrained aggressive dogs), a call-out fee of $85 may apply.

5. Risk & Liability (Crucial for Pressure Washing)

While we use professional-grade equipment and techniques, you acknowledge that:

• Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for damage caused by high pressure to surfaces that are already degraded, rotten, poorly maintained, or not installed to Australian Building Standards.

• Water Ingress: We are not liable for water entering the premises through poorly sealed windows, doors, or vents.

• Stain Removal: While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee the 100% removal of deep oil stains, oxidation, or "tiger striping" on older gutters.

• Etching: High pressure can sometimes reveal existing "etching" or marks in concrete that were previously hidden by dirt. We are not responsible for these pre-existing conditions.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment: Full payment is due on completion Eft facility is available

• Late Fees: For (B2B) we reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts at a rate of 3% per month.

• GST Excluded

7. Cancellations

• We require at least [24/48] hours notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than [24] hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of $150.

• Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule due to extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds) to ensure safety and quality.

8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by employees of Master Grime blaster.
